We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For online purchases, when returning an item, the customer must contact Papillon via email or call at 310 540 5747 in order to approve the return, and/or try to find a better size or alternative. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
The full amount will be credited to the original tender if returned within 14 days of the date of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt.
Items must be in like-new condition and unworn with tags attached, to be accepted as a return, in case of a different size selection. Price adjustments will be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. Price adjustments are accepted on items on items purchased at the full retail price only. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment. Receipts marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return.
Special Event dresses, and tops, pants bought online such as Stop Staring, John Paul Ataker, Clio, Komarov, Olvi's, T.ba, In Earnest, In Bloom, Byron Lars, Johnny Was, Carolina K are final sale.
Special Jewelry like Tat2 Design and accessories such as Artesano Hats are Final Sale. All Accessories are Final Sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as discounted items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Only applicable to full priced items
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
